A little About Me…
After reconstructive knee surgery in 2014, I began taking yoga classes to aid in my recovery. I quickly found yoga as a way to not only rebuild my strength, but also alleviate stress and anxiety. Shortly after, I became a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer, and have spent the last 5 years taking trainings & courses from amazing teachers around the world to understand the body even more.
I have found that yoga & fitness can be very meditative when combined with awareness & understanding of the body. Combining my training in transcendental meditation, anatomy, and fitness, my teaching style is…
