By purchasing any service or product on nina-elise.com, you are agreeing to the below terms & conditions. 

Nina-Elise.com is a site operated by Nina Elise, LLC.

Nina may update and change the website  periodically to reflect changes to products and services & users’ needs.

The content on Nina’s website is shared experiential information from her life. She is not a licensed healthcare professional, and does not present herself as one. By intaking information from nina-elise.com, Nina has no responsibility for any decisions that you make from actions or reactions from the content on the website. 

Purchase Terms:

    • Sessions & Mentoring
      • All in-person or Zoom sessions must happen within 30-60 days of purchase. Please reach out to Nina for any scheduling questions or conflicts.
      • All package & long-term clients are responsible for scheduling their meetings.
      • If clients are 10+ minutes late for the meeting with no communication, the meeting will be cancelled and counted towards their original booking or mentorship package with no refund.
      • All 1-on-1 sessions and mentorship packages will be paid in-full before sessions begin (outside of payment plans)
      • Mentorship will not go longer than the agreed-upon sessions/time period. If sessions are not scheduled within the agreed-upon time period, the mentorship will not be extended out, unless previously discussed
      • If client birth information is not provided at checkout, Human Design readings will not happen until the exact birth data is provided to Nina.
      • If clients do not provide birth information within 48 hours of booking a Human Design sessions, they will need to reschedule.
  • Session Changes
    • If clients would like to change the original time/date of a reading, they may reschedule by clicking on the link in their original booking email.
    • All schedule changes must be made at least 24 hours before the original scheduled session. If less than 24 hours, clients have one chance to reschedule. Otherwise, no rescheduling can occur and no refunds will be given.
  • Refunds
    • Once a product or session is ordered, there are no refunds. If clients would like to transfer a reading to another person, please make note when booking through calendly & provide their exact birth time.
