By intaking information from nina-elise.com, Nina has no responsibility for any decisions that you make from actions or reactions from the content on the website.
Purchase Terms:
- Blueprints
- A typical Blueprint will be delivered via email within 2 weeks of purchase. However, depending on backlog, it could take 30-60 days for a blueprint to be sent. Each blueprint is specially curated with your exact birth information, and takes time to be made. If you would like your order sooner, please contact Nina directly at hello@nina-elise.com.
- If your birth information is not provided at checkout, a Blueprint will not be created until you reach out directly to hello@nina-elise.com with your exact birth information.
- If you do not have your exact birth information, please make note at checkout.
- Sessions & Mentoring
- All in-person or Zoom sessions will happen within 30-60 days of booking. Please reach out to Nina for any scheduling questions or conflicts.
- Session Changes
- If you would like to change the original time/date of a reading, you may reschedule by reaching out to Nina at hello@nina-elise.com.
- All schedule changes must be made at least 48 hours before the original scheduled session.
- Refunds
- Once a product is ordered, there are no refunds. If you would like to transfer your purchase to another person for a blueprint or reading, please contact Nina @ hello@nina-elise.com.
